Waters is nothing but a big nuisance who wants to go after every GOP politician who won in 2016 just to obstruct everything on Trump's agenda, which doesn't go along with her ways of thinking. She needs to look at the faults of the Democratic party and why they've been losing seats in the house since 2010.
She confused Putin with Pence, that should say a lot about her state of mind. Who knows, maybe she thinks she can impeach Putin as well.

I'll be looking forward to the day she gets voted out of office for wasting tax payer dollars on her useless agenda that doesn't do our nation any good, and I hope voters in her district will take her failures into consideration when they vote again in 2018.

No, she's not insane or brain dead. She's old and since Pelosi already took the nutty "master legislator" thing Maxine only has one issue she can beat on to remain relevant in the party. The problem is she is in fact old and her faculties do not work as fast or as well as they used to.
I place full blame on shows like "the view" that are using/abusing her for ratings knowing that she's not all that swift anymore.
You do have to wonder if she or someone who cares about her watches her performances, and if so why hasn't she stopped or at least found a way to answer coherently?
you all do realize that this is just an end run around the constitution, and if the washington elite are successful in getting rid of trump and trumped up charges, then NO president is safe going forward.
any election results like the elite doesnt like will be nullified in what ever manner they used against trump. this is a coop here, nothing less than that.
After Pence it will be the SCOTUS appointee, then the congressmen & senators who won due to "Russian influence". They're going after the whole shebang.
