Now a singer of the national anthem has taken a knee but may have meant it positive as the person took a knee on the word "brave"!

Now, President Bonkers has made it into a bigger thing by telling NFL owners to fire these sons of ******* (his words).

Now, both the OWNERS and and PLAYERS and most AMERICANS are enraged by trump and his constant race baiting.

While his base loves these s*** storms he gins up to take Russian, Healthcare, the Wall, DACA, etc. out of the news, everyone one else sees this mental patient for what he is.
I saw this "mental patient" for what he is as early as hearing about his first insult as candidate.*

No matter how much you detest someone, deliberately hurling insults at lots of different kinds of people is not a sign of a fit leader. Fit leaders know that proper calling out of opponents does not involve nasty tones and nasty content - they stick to the substance of their beef with the establishment and the candidate or cultural opinion-maker. While McCain and maybe O'Donnell could be fair targets in some contexts, his attacks in both style and substance were highly inappropriate (fat pig, slob, "like my heros never captured", etc).

If Demagogue Donald's gonna keep being true to my moniker, then other public or semi-public figures (in this case, athletes) have a right (if not obligation) to speak out against him.

*I didn't pay jacks attention to Trump's doings at all before he became a candidate - not even his TV show (I rarely watch TV anyway). Had I done so, I'd've seen him for what he is much earlier than his first major insult as a candidate.

This kneeling isn't even happening during the game, it's prior to the game when the anthem is played. Use those couple minutes to get yourself a beer & a snack before settling in to watch the game.

No, this liberal progressive crap, where they turn everything into an opportunity to parade their political agenda, has been going on for decades, and now the lib'tards have moved it into football.

Sorry pal, the left politicizing everything, was going on way before the 2016 presidential campaign even started. Trump only voiced the same exact opinion that many other Americans have voiced before.

??? This literally makes no sense. It's what, 2 minutes of silently kneeling, PRIOR to a game being played? Oh the horror.

These are the same coaches, owners, NFL commissioner that banned shoes from having 9-11 tributes on them. Pieces of crap.

People using their position as a football player to act out the politics, is not something anyone respects. If a player wants to be an activist, fine, go do it on their own time, when not in uniform.

Stop. I'm clearly talking about this specific protest being because of Trump. It's not debatable.

"I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color," Kaepernick told NFL Media in an exclusive interview after the game. "To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder."

What an idiot!
