So, that's a Trump lookalike saying those things in the video? Are you kidding me with this post?

I'm sorry. Its not under the Fourth Amendment right. It is US law though:

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

I'm sure there are many ideas on it.

Here is another one that comes to mind.

The painful response of the thumb in the eye of a thumb sucker with poor aim wanting to find some outrage to release the inter rage of being losers. Distraction with a dash of self victimization is still popular.

Are you okay with POTUS encouraging violence against suspects? Why or why not?
I don't think you know what "violence" is!

The comment was neither mature nor necessary. I imagine in some cases, police brutality opens a door to having a case thrown out of court, and then you have let a criminal go free over a technicality. I have confidence that the police know how to handle their suspects.

M-13 targets illegal, mostly Central American, immigrants who fear deportation.

The US resettled a substantial number of El Salvidorian Refugees fleeing civil war in their home countriy throughout the 80- early 90's. At the same time illegals from Central America were crossing, in unprecedented numbers. M-13 is now second generation.

Deportation is an opportunity to recruit. Senior members in prisons call the shots.
"Trump sought to create the perception that there is an M-13 gang member under every bed."

If THAT is what you take from what he has aid, I feel sorry for you.

Plenty of lawsuits have been won based on civil rights violations over cops roughing them up.

Civil rights laws are based on the Constitution and have been upheld repeatedly by the SCOTUS.

It is astounding that any American would want to live in a country where the police have the right to beat up random citizens at will.

I understand this is one of the things that Russian citizens object to.

lol They should have approved health care the other night. The vote was about repealing. He's a really bad at mixing up words which take away from the meaning. He isn't a good speaker. He's like Pelosi in that respect.

Dumbest comment yet. Those were real words coming out of the orange pumpkin's ugly mouth.

Such a shame that organizations have to come out and publicly apologize for our President's dumb speeches. The Boy Scouts and now the police.

Sad!
