The comment was neither mature nor necessary. I imagine in some cases, police brutality opens a door to having a case thrown out of court, and then you have let a criminal go free over a technicality. I have confidence that the police know how to handle their suspects.
Neither POTUS or the Federal Government are responsible for the financial settlements that happen when municipalities are sued for excessive force/ wrongful death claims.
Municipalities in those LI communities with gang presence are not OK with Trump's remarks and are not changing policies.
Trump sought to create the perception that there is an M-13 gang member under every bed. ( it's getting crowded under the bed, given he has also implied there's an illegal and a Muslim there, too)
M-13 targets illegal, mostly Central American, immigrants who fear deportation.
The US resettled a substantial number of El Salvidorian Refugees fleeing civil war in their home countriy throughout the 80- early 90's. At the same time illegals from Central America were crossing, in unprecedented numbers. M-13 is now second generation.
Deportation is an opportunity to recruit. Senior members in prisons call the shots.

lol They should have approved health care the other night. The vote was about repealing. He's a really bad at mixing up words which take away from the meaning. He isn't a good speaker. He's like Pelosi in that respect.
