Government was intentionally designed for moderated change, successful presidents were able to lead and compromise. The constant whining particularly regarding the filibuster makes Trump appear desperate, besides the point that he doesn't even have a majority in his own party.
Same silly argument that the democrats were obstructing his agenda when he has a majority in both houses, he has bigger problems before he even gets to the issue of the filibuster.
