Republicans could counter that by taking in refugees from Venezuela. They could become citizens and most likely wouldn't be for liberal socialist policy's which made them refugees.

LMAO... white folks believe a whole lot of things. Most believed that war in Vietnam and Iraq made good sense. They believed that prohibition would curb drinking, and that the Drug War would reduce the amount of drugs on the streets and cut down on usage.
Frankly, I'm not all that impressed with the record of what they think.

Since the Democratic party has never supported such policies, we would be just fine.

Bull, they have obviously been crucial. It's how they get their supposed "blue wall." Labor Democrats are an important part of the coalition. They figured they didn't need them this time, and they were wrong.

I don't support prohibition but how do you know it and the drug war didn't cause a reduction?
Second, alcohol consumption declined dramatically during Prohibition. Cirrhosis death rates for men were 29.5 per 100,000 in 1911 and 10.7 in 1929. Admissions to state mental hospitals for alcoholic psychosis declined from 10.1 per 100,000 in 1919 to 4.7 in 1928.
Arrests for public drunkennness and disorderly conduct declined 50 percent between 1916 and 1922. For the population as a whole, the best estimates are that consumption of alcohol declined by 30 percent to 50 percent.
Fourth, following the repeal of Prohibition, alcohol consumption increased. Today, alcohol is estimated to be the cause of more than 23,000 motor vehicle deaths and is implicated in more than half of the nation's 20,000 homicides
If you have such a negative view of white's judgment and leadership you should move to a non-white country.
Im not sure why you are LOLing. As it has been pointed out in other threads, specifically the one on race and the election, Hillary won the same share and population turnout of black people as Barack did in 2012, actually she was slightly higher.
