I agree with you which is why all drugs should be decriminalized for simple possession, pot should be legalized, and only dealers of the hard drugs, like heroin and meth, should be doing hard time. Let's cull out the people with addictive personalities.
Either that or ban them all, including alcohol. Also ban guns because let's be honest here... As a gun owner I see lots of people who do not follow the 4 safety rules and do dumb things at the gun range. Also like I posted on the second page, there are far more accidental gun deaths than marijuana deaths. The statistics don't lie. Look em up.
To make the species stronger overall as we evolved, only the strong survive. That is what pushed the Citizens of the USA as a whole, to the top of the species. The free market has a way of the cream rising to the top. Over a few thinking for all.
I know a few people like that. Not the meth part. Helps them get through the daily chores in life that they don't like to do but need to be done. Better than blowing it off imo.

How about medical bank robbery. Whenever I want, I can walk into any bank and hand the teller a note where they are obligated to hand me over as much medicine "cash" as I so desire without me going to prison or getting in trouble by law enforcement. Wow that would sure make me happy.
Medical carjacking. Same basic principal, I can take whatever car I want, the owner is obligated to give me medicine "car" if I so desire to drive.

Only idiots sit around getting drunk or stoned during "play dates". If you suffer from anxiety, it's best not to have children.
