Not sure in the context of recent events that this is either a political issue, or a particularly controversial issue. Who cares?

Yes. Several. Mainly for home protection, but my spouse likes to shoot for recreation at the range, too.

Not now but I used to have a couple for plinking beer cans. I wish I would have known that ear protection is important.

I'm glad you exercise your right to bear arms. but I highly doubt you can carry in my state unless you're LEO. If you can, I'm highly impressed.

Yes, my husband and I have several handguns. (Referencing the above post, we are both staunch Democrats if that makes a difference. I know, I know--Democrats in Oklahoma. We are definitely in the minority.)

We both have our concealed carry licenses and we always carry our guns wherever we go. (We have no children living at home and no grandchildren.)

We like to go to the gun range and practice. We also stock up on ammo as much as we can. We have our guns and ammo because we like target shooting and for home protection even though we have never felt unsafe in our home and neighborhood so far.

Born and raised on a farm so hunting and guns are part of life even though I'm in a big city now. I escape to the mountains as often as possible. Guns are just another tool like a hammer or saw. They are to be respected but not feared.
