Clinton is not the one who has left behind a trail of bankruptcies, bad debts, and shady deals.

But here we are today. She's playing with her grandbabies, going to Broadway plays, enjoying conversations with the man she finds fascinating.

The rest of us should be so lucky.

As scary as that may be, I think some of us have begun feeling he may still be more tolerable than your hero. At least the man is experienced and would not do many things his buddy does. Then we would only have to cope with him a short while, until the Democrats take over again.

Of course, this is when he is in his element. He doesn't do this for his supporters, but for himself. He is merely using them for an ego boost and for a place to freely express defensiveness about claims he dislikes and to spout hateful remarks, not to do anything for them. The more heated it becomes for him, the more he needs the safety of those who will stroke him.

He has nothing like this anywhere else. He has no real friends or supportive associates and we can't count his family of puppets. Poor Donald...he needs to rely upon only those he tricked into plying their undying love for him, by his promising stuff he'll never supply, to folks he would never fraternize with or hire, but tries to make it appear that they could be besties. What a user.... and loser.

There is no question that a lot of us would welcome Pence with open arms. It would be like saying, "Would you rather have Cancer or a cold ? " Trump is the Cancer, and all Pence will give us is a runny nose.

What Pence has going for him is that he appears to be sane, he has experience in dealing with government, and he has been constantly going around the world putting out fires caused by Trump. I kinda like the guy, and he is certainly the lesser of the two evils.

He also looks Presidential, unlike Trump, who looks like that drunk uncle who shows up every Christmas.

Exactly. I wouldn't have thought, but at this stage, it would feel like we have a president again, without chaos and not having to feel so unsettled. It seemingly would be an improvement. (It seems Pence has been preparing for the inevitable).

The one all the women know to steer clear of, because he's been known to cop a feel if he gets a chance.

The one who brags about his car dealership making so much money, yet he didn't bring so much as a bottle of wine to the feast, and his wife boxes up leftovers when they go home.

Car dealership - love it. That's exactly what I picture trump doing if his father hadn't had a real estate business.

There are a lot of issues that are weird with Pence. Still, I don't think he will impose his beliefs on the American people like Donald does.

The diplomatic work Pence has done with world leaders and how he works with congress (instead of belittling, them) is impressive.

It will be nice not to worry about what our president is saying to the world, starting wars or slamming doors shut on diplomatic problems.

All people matter, not just who Donald thinks matter. Climate change is real. Donald seems to be back in another century; he needs to wake up to the 21st century.

What a relief it will be to have a real commander in chief; instead of a twitter in chief.

Let's see what the Grand Jury comes up with.....perhaps we can somehow put this behind us once and for all as we are stuck on Russia, Russia, Russia. This will make it or break it. Perhaps they will find no evidence and it will clear this Administration and will allow them to move forward without this constant cloud over them. People are tired of hearing about it......hopefully it will be a positive thing for President Trump and his administration. I will not speculate and look forward to the findings.

You really think if the Trump Administration is totally cleared with this investigation, people are just going to drop it? Young grasshopper, even if that happens, people will still bring it up and talk about it until Trump is out of office (and probably even after he's out of office, like every other political figure involved in a scandal), that's the way politics work!
