The liberals did not get rid of O'Reilly. O'Reilly got rid of O'Reilly with his sickening behaviors. Why can't people just take responsibility for their own actions instead of blaming somebody else? That's what I don't understand. Somebody has disgusting behavior, sexually harasses a person, or whatever they do. They get called out on it, lose their jobs, and then it's anybody else's fault except theirs.

How do you know they didn't talk to him? And how do you know what their motives are? Are you God? And in what personnel manual does it tell you to talk to the perpetrator of harassment in order to save them embarrassment? If a person is going to sexually harass someone, they get what they get.
