Go back to non-profit hospitals and doctor's offices like we had before the 1970's.
Most US hospitals are non-profit or government hospitals:

People have bought into the notion that healthcare must be provided for by the government, and if you are poor you have bought into the idea that you cannot afford healthcare. So somebody has to pay. When Obamacare was passed the future was told. Forever there must be a health care program for everyone, and the political parties will be forever counting, and courting, and those who are left out will be used as political pawns to gain votes. Democrats and Socialists including Sanders declare healthcare as a "right". If you declare things "rights", but you don't incentivize the creation of those things then you won't get more of them. The South African constitution stats that there is a right to housing and a right to healthcare but the fact is that you don't have either good healthcare or housing in South Africa because just declaring things as "rights" does not make them appear. What makes them appear is a market based system that creates more doctors and more care. In general, the Republicans health care bill is unknown and it's unknown whether they'll get anything improved. I'm a Republican but the party has done an awful job persuading and working together to passing a bill through Congress. We had 7 YEARS to find a solution and we're just coming up with solutions now. Like what Trump says, "it was all talk, no action"...

On bold alone: Doctors don't just 'appear' ~ our current market-based (education/healthcare/financial) systems do not create US doctors ~ they create the necessity of importing foreign-trained doctors who don't have (large) student loans to pick up the slack.
You'll have to carry a negotiation card on you, so when you are brought to the hospital unconscious, the doctors will know how much you are willing to pay, and will be in position to either treat you, or turn down your offer.
This is an excellent example of one of the reasons why "get government out..." will not work in the real world. It's a good talking point that I'm sure many conservatives tell people to make it seem like they're actually contributing to a solution but it's nothing more than a bunch of smoke and mirrors.
I honestly believe the people who come up with these ideas are either unable to think things through properly or have no clue how to fix the system. They just know they don't want a socialized solution because they don't understand it and have been made to fear it by the likes of Fox News and Breitbart.
Domestically almost everyone is in it for the bucks, that is the American way ...
