Newt Gingrich is a poor excuse for a human being.

That is Dershowitz's point. There is no attempt to be fair.

As for Dershowitz winning cases, would you prefer your lawyer lose your case?

The fact that Mueller is still wasting his time going after Flynn is a bad sign for Mueller, unable to find anything on Trump.
Mueller's failure will also probably cost the Democrats the next 3 elections, because they'll never be forgiven for wasting America's time.
Ah, I don't think so. Why do you think Trump is demonizing the press. I don't care if he has Kelly in place or not...there will always be leaks because the people in this country need to know the truth about whats actually going on in the white house. Don't you agree.

But somehow I think that is going to fall on deaf ears.
OJ got off because of a bias jury. Democrats are worse, No evidence and you idiots act as if you have some. You have nothing.

The liberal media would rip each one of you liberals up if they wanted to. It is quite easy to create a narrative each day to make the masses hate each one of you and make you anything they wanted to. They could spin anything they wanted to make you look bad. It is called propaganda. This is the liberal totalitarian media today. We see it daily as they speak of our president even though he is doing great things for the country, You personally made the decision to feed on the propaganda that is spun daily.

A Grand Jury's job is only to determine if there's enough evidence to bring charges.

No matter what a grand jury's finding may be, it doesn't mean charges will be brought forth. And facts being what they are, a grand jury can deny there's enough evidence to carry forward. Jury makeup doesn't change the facts.

The members of a grand jury are always kept secret, so anything we hear can be totally false, and the findings do not require public announcement.

Grand Juries can hang, just like other juries. If they can't agree, then the charges won't go forth from that jury. A prosecutor can, sometimes, ask for another jury, but it usually doesn't happen. Because if a grand jury cannot reach a solid verdict, either the facts are fuzzy, insufficient, or there aren't enough that are pertinent. Evidence has to be factual to be evidence.

All they do is look at the evidence, decide if it's all factual, and then make a decision if there is enough to take it to a trial.

That's it. No one is convicted, and no one will ever be tried if there isn't enough to try them on. Conviction is left up to a regular jury trial.

Since all grand juries are closed and secret, we don't even know who is facing possible charges. We may never know.
