So, you don't see a potential risk from illegal aliens, or un-vetted Muslim refugees being allowed in the country? We can't know who they are because no records exist for them. That's OK to you? Their are crimes, sometimes murders committed by these people daily. Look them up. Thanks in advance.
Initially, it would. After some time, the liberals would go back top their "tolerant" mindset, and reason that "the actions of a few muslims should not cause us to keep others out". Eventually, Islam will rule Western Europe, as muslims are smarter and more courageous than most Europeans. I think Islam is a faith straight out of hell, but that doesn't change the fact that due to cowardice and ignorance, Europe is enabling their own demise.

Uhhhh...your country has been at war in the Middle East against Muslims for 16 years and hasn't pulled off one single victory yet despite spending trillions of dollars trying to do so.

I disagree with our involvement in the Middle East. Outside of supporting Israel, I think we should mind our own business, and let the crazy muslims do what they've been doing to each other for thousands of years. It is a no win situation- let's focus on our own problems in America, and let the muslims deal with themselves.
This does not seem to be the case for fellow Europeans. Despite 7/7, Madrid bombings, Nice attack and all those I can't list off my head, people are not willing to curb immigration from Muslim countries.

If a 9/11-scale attack happens in a European country, they would almost certainly expel all Muslims from that country. Europeans don't believe in the kind of "tolerance" that Americans do.
I doubt Europeans, nor any Westerners in general, will do anything. The West is enthralled with Islam. Perhaps there's an exotic element of Orientalism and fascination with "the Other," but one thing is certain: The more violent attacks and murders that Muslims perpetrate, the more sympathetic Westerners become. While there are a few such as Geert Wilders, the majority of Westerners are experiencing something comparable to Stockholm Syndrome.

It would take at least 10,000 slaughtered in one attack for Europe to change in even the slightest of ways.
