So what's the solution? What can we do to stop Kim from blackmailing the world while simultaneously keeping Seoul from being wiped out?
Sanctions haven't worked. Bribing North Korea hasn't worked. After all the sanctions, and all the aid money we've given them, those missiles are still aimed at Seoul, and Kim is still threatening to wipe out the United States and South Korea and Japan and, for all I know, Outer Mongolia as well. How do we put an end to this madness without igniting World War III or sacrificing millions of South Korean lives?

China and Russia are going to allow DPRK to develop nuclear capabilities while the US does nothing because of the threat from Kim of leveling Seoul. Then when DPRK has the capability to launch multiple ICBM's at the US they will invade SK backed by Russia and China defending them, take the peninsula and it will be a Communist Eastern bloc consisting of Korea, China and Russia.
From there they can take any country on the Pacific Rim they want. I suspect China would then take Taiwan and then Japan.
And all the while the US couldn't and wouldn't do a thing.
Forget the Middle East. The Pacific Rim is the theater for WW3.

We get SK and Japan to be the front men for an attack on NK with missiles and air strikes. US stays in the background with drone support and bombardments from carriers off the coast. NK launches nuclear tipped missiles at SK, Japan, Guam and Hawaii. It's hit and miss since NK hasn't perfected its aiming capabilities yet. However, one or two get lucky and strike the US mainland. It's not in a heavily populated area. Trump calls for every square inch of NK to be fried with nukes. Would this be a reasonable response by the US since it's only a matter of time before a nuke hits a major US city? What would Russia do? Would they understand why we have to fry NK in retaliation? Or would they and China use this as an excuse to launch preemptive strikes of their own on the US? How does a tit-for tat on NK play out far as China and Russia are concerned?
China has already stated that if NK uses nukes first that they would stay out of the conflict. Russia? They have no dog in the fight, but to think Putin might use the opportunity to attack us is within the realm of possibility. No war that involves Nukes will be safe for any country, including ours.

China is steping down from supporting North Korea madness as well as Russia not because they fear USA but because North Korea has become inacceptably stupid in its foreign relations. Any way the best thing that can happen is China to invade North Korea and USA to Step away from a región which is going to be Trully under control of China.
US Citizens can dream to have enough nuclear power to put the whole world into Nuclear Winter, Stupid fanatics.... They would rather destroy the world than to share governance of the world... I trully belive that Any misil from USA to North Korea with a radious of damage that may hit China or Russia would mean a real threat to the whole arsenal of Russia and China to be released simultaneously to US and UK Oil extraction opperations in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, and Kuwait.

No, you do not expect Chinese or Russians marching in US cities or bombing US cities unles there is a straight attack to their territories Neither China nor Russia will attack USA with Nukes it is far more devastating to destroy the value of Dollar by making it to be Worth NOTHING by takinng away US control on Middle East Oil. but demanding USA to pay Gold in stead of printed paper dollars.

They're behind us bigly on tech. Their Chicom 80s SAMS won't be able to take anything in our navy or air force.

Our superior targeting would take their early mid 70s Soviet migs and sukhois miles before their radar would detect one of our F16s let alone a raptor.
Send the F16s for taking their fighters and hitting their 50s/60s AA batteries with drones and B2s with bunker busters to nail their artillery installations aiming at the south.
Keep China out it would be gulf war 2.0

I'd pay to see their rotting 50s Soviet diesel subs attempt to dive below 100 feet lol the pressure of the ocean would collapse the rotting hulls like a beer can... that would be the only way to get within striking distance with their bottle rocket. Fact-they don't even have a satellite guidance system their bottle rocket is a mere rocket propelled short distance mortar lol windage and elevation lol.
