Democrats don't seem to understand that people don't care about transsexuals in bathrooms and calling women fat
the economy and job market is what people care about. If they are doing good then Trump will be reelected
We do care about the economy, that's why we feel compelled to point out when the current president is lagging that of his predecessor.
Seems like you are the only one who cares enough about transgender restrooms and fat women, I didn't notice anyone else still bringing it up, the rest of us have moved on.
It is a false equivalency you make. Large scale policy initiatives ought not to be rushed, nor lack debate, substantive discussion or take take time. I would be fine with any or all of items you point to taking two or three years before any action is taken. Or not taken.

Republicans are the ones pushing for these bill it is just a distraction for other issues like taxing the 1% to 3% more and raising the min wage. In Texas hardcore right wingers are the ones pushing for these dumb bills Democrats and like 70% of Texans do not support these bills Turn off Faux News they have been lying to you for to long.
The economy was just fine six months ago. What I see now are people who are reluctant to spend money on big ticket items if it isn't absolutely necessary. All because they're afraid of what the current administration is doing (or not doing.)
People are waiting it out to see where the craziness ends.

Lagging in what way? Trump has had a phenomenal first 6 months

Good points. Illegal immigration is down 70% without spending a dime on the wall, the ACA which took years to implement, came one vote from being repealed in only 6 months & hes laid out the outline of an innovative infrastructure plan.

Your anecdotal story is nice, but actual data shows consumer confidence recently hit a 16 year high.

It also looks very good for the second half of the year. Eventually the media is going to run out of gas on russia and 2018 cant get here fast enough. The contempt I have for democrats and the media since the election has just risen and risen. With control of the House and a filibuster-proof Senate majority could help President Trump push through legislation and approve high-level appointees, such as Supreme Court nominees, with Democrats in the minority powerless to stop them.
High Consumer And Business Confidence Levels Bode Well For Second Half Of 2017
