Do you honestly think someone like Wilbur Ross who is worth $2.5B would lose a wink of sleep over at most a $1.3M gain OR loss? I mean its 0.0005% of his net worth. Its the equivalent of someone making $65K a year getting a $32 tax break.

EDIT - I cant be bothered fixing or updating, but yeah Wilbur Ross is worth $2.5B and I used an example of annual salary, but still, you get the point. Its beyond insignificant.
