Having critics is one thing. Having a large portion of our media actively hunting for a reason to delegitimize Trump is an entirely different matter.
Sure, the right had plenty of issues with Obama. Junior Senator with practically no voting record, a virtual nobody, hidden transcripts, and yes, for some, race. I'd have to say the last issue was from a much smaller than claimed minority.
What the right did not have is a majority of media constantly attacking him with ridiculous claims and outright lies. It's interesting how all these women who made wild claims suddenly disappeared after the election. Do you think Hillary never made some tasteless remark when she thought she was being filmed or recorded?
Its absolutely ridiculous how the left wants to claim some superior moral ground because Trump might be an ******* when the left is just as bad when it comes to moral screw-ups. Bill Clinton, Anthony Weiner, and so on. (Yes, there are plenty of screw-ups on the right) The left took a bulldozer to their moral high ground just as the right has.
But keep on letting the left try to dream up something, anything, to delegitimize Trump. It makes you look desperate and insufficient.

Let me clear an item up for you.

In case you did not and do not understand, our election process is a integral part of our governance system of this nation and a fundamental element that support our American system. It is not to be tampered with, and certainly not by Foreign Entities with the participating of an American who is in a race for a Political position. Now, that to you might not mean much, but to those who understand more, it means a great deal.

Try 2920 days of attacks upon and against Obama for anything and everything one could dream up to drive their need to attack.

Your estimation is off by an error in word usage, instead of "a much smaller than claimed minority"; let's go with the majority of the Far Right Wing and a greater portion of the Evangelicals who house many of the more racist radical groups as claimed members as being Evangelicals, who also supported the make up of the Tea Party Right Winger Groups. I'm quire sure that "Selective Amnesia" made those factors just slip the recall, but they are elements of documented history now... and can't be changed.

Fact is simple... Trump is an Imbecile, and many of those who support and have their head connected to his posterior are only validating the point that he is supported by much of the same.
This is the same Trump who spent 8 yrs with his Birther Crap, and drew in all the bigots, racist and other type of imbeciles he could find to delude. Then he led them with "daily doses of belligerent drama" and they became devoted like a cult, waiting on their "daily drama fix".... so he just generate lies upon lies and push any kind of claim to feed his delusional ego, and appease the consumed groups that cling to him like bacteria on a piece of raw meat left in the sun too long. Trump has sought from the start to denigrate our Governance System, Every Department in our Government, Every Division of our Departments, from the Intelligence Communities to our Federal Courts, to attacking individuals, and then he placed "Puppet Minions of Known Ignorance" in Departments that are built upon knowledge, information, Science, Technology and all the skill sets it take to make them to have achieved all they did since their creation. He turned them over to "foolish men" who know nothing about the work these Departments and Divisions perform. He brought in his hand trained "shyster Son in Law, who is groomed from a family of swindler with a daddy that threw his own sisters husband in the path of force like that of a speeding train to save his own butt. Then his siblings go on a "Visa" selling mission trying to get loans to back their already illegitimate project, bought with illicit monies. Then, he put this money drunk imbecile in the middle of our International Relations... and this nut job, saw only a aim and chance to try and wrangle a backing for money they desperately need to prop up the ill gotten property, they claim.
Then he struts his daughter as if she is the "let's pretend First Lady", because he has a fixation on her, he so clearly has stated on National TV, while he kicks his wife to the curb and treat her like a "paid for image object" that he drags out for public affair photo op's.
Nope,the public is not mistaken, they see it very clear, from the look on his wife's face at the Inauguration, to the the insult he did at the steps of the Whitehouse, ignoring her ascent up the stairs, to the fact of her swatting his hand in the gesture of "don't you touch" me, when you'd kicked me to the curb and want to use me for photo op, for your ego.
(Ah's what will come to be when the scorned woman, begins to talk!!!) We already know that most of the team of criminal of many types and sorts that he has trotted out, have been so driven by greed, they are terrified by the thought of jail time that will last longer than their lives.
Later when you digest these factors, then we can talk about the Money washing gaming, and all the other matters that sum of the history of who Trump is and then we can talk about what makes up the madness of a megalomaniac.

The Trump Devotee's seem to be a make up of "a funny guy" group: .... I'm fairly certain, again.."Selective Amnesia" and Gross Denials" have made one oblivious to the fact that:
" Obama already made "America Greater "Again"... when his policies and his works dug us out of the worst economic decline and job loss mess the world has seen since the Great Depression. His policies also helped many people have the ability to feed their family, and his help for SBA helped many small business keep their doors open, and the Stimulus Plan under Obama, was made to INCLUDE the "Obligation for all the banks and the auto industry" to REPAY THE MONEY THAT HELPED THEM. His policies also stopped the greatest loss of home by American's including those who bought up, and those who bought to flip, he helped save all of that, including those who had rental homes, to stop the losses from going even further.
Trump on the Other hand was cheering the Losses, because all he saw was a means and desire to profit from the losses of other Americans; and Trump wanted the Real Estate mess to get worst, so he could profit from it...even more.. if... it hit the commercial sky scraper category.
While too, Romney was an advocate of letting the Auto Industry fail... with absolutely "no thought" of how integral the auto industry is the the American economy via the vast supply chain and all the business connected and work in concert with it.
Maybe you did not know or "Selective Amnesia" and Gross Denials" omitted to note that Obama put measures in place to protect our open lands and expand our national parks.. as a value add to the generations of the future to come.
We already saw the expansive ignorance of the Right Wing and Republican and the push from Trump to ignore climate change and instead chase greed at the expense of the people.
The same as Trumps plans to remove regulations that were in place to protect our ground water from excessive greed chasing damages by excavation businesses and their agenda.
But; why would that concern a group that was amassed behind daily "belligerence" and condemnations of anything and everything American? Then, he lied; like he had a plan, and when facts of reality came face to face, not only did he not have a plan, he did not understand the depth and complexity of what he was talking about, thus so, he could not formulate a plan, because it's all too complex for him to comprehend, therefore ... understanding was out of the question. The option left... is to tweet drama, and aim for distraction and hope that things just magically go away.... then when it does not, claim everything is fake news, to avoid dealing with the reality that is reported.
Yes, Obama's plan and works for making "America Greater "Again"... included many things, that were fought against by Republican... When Obama said, "let's Re-Invest in American"; Republican went crazy with attacks... and then when Trump tries to copy Obama, Republican want to act like its a new revelation.
The difference is... Obama said: "We have to build for the Future" and Trump told his minions, that they would bring back the past. and the worst of it all, Trumper's fell for it... as if American was going to shut down the warehouse robots, and start packing cookies and cup cakes by hand, and dispense with the packing machines, and every business would toss out the Computer and we'd go back to the manual Typewriter with a room known as a "secretary pool" reminiscent of the 1940's. It's likely in the Trump plan.... the aim was to take the Rail System back and Re-introduce the wood and coal burning steam engine trains. We likely could expect under Trump to see a new crop of Continental Trailways Buses, Chasing Greyhound Buses up and down our freeways... I'm sure his long range plans once regulations and environmental affairs was damaged by Perry, the re-introduction of DDT would be the number one chemical used on agricultural food products.
Under Trump, there would not be a "horse" in America safe, as his greed would surely be pursuing butchering it up and claiming it is Beef... to increase profits. In Trumps world, if a horse is not "running a race" or "pulling a wagon", he see's no need or benefit for a horse, thus so... it would become a food commodity, for the sake of profit.
He'd probably put his followers on a Milk and Cheese and throw in some dried beans, and tell them they have gourmet items for making a healthy meal.
We can just see it now ... under the Trump plan, the Poor Whites will again know what it means to "live on the other side of the tracks" and they will know better than to try and cross those tracks or even think they could traverse the territory on the other side of the tracks.
With his Apprenticeship programs, you kids likely may even be relegated to a max of 8th grade education, and the only way they get in University is if some wealthy person from the other side of the tracks came and had a Saturday night fling and produced an offspring, he could find a way to slip into higher educated when he was of age, provided he could be smuggled out of the Apprenticeship camps.
TV would function like a 1940's German Radio Station... where the only thing on would be what Hitler said the people could watch and listen to.... (they are already working on building that model with " Sinclair Media Broadcast Group").
Under Trump the concept will mirror what the Confederate Ideals were with apprenticeships as being the closest thing to slavery they could get, followed by a Antebellum Caste system, that separated even more the wealthy from the poor.
