The subsidies were going to be drying up without Trump. The only difference is he is not extending them whereas Hillary probably would have.
I think any plan that requires money to be put in constantly is a plan that is designed to fail.
Obamacare: the government passes a law requiring everyone to have insurance, the insurance companies are pumped for all the new business, if you cannot afford the plans the Gov. will give you money to help you pay, if you don't want insurance you get a fine, the more people who pay in the better the plan works but when people stop paying in because it is flat out too much money the system collapses.
The insurance companies are now pulling out of states because they are losing money.
Obamacare is socialism. It's failure is pure capitalism.

Well, Cape Cod Todd - How's Massachusetts' system working? Are there any insurance companies there, still functioning?
He also asked the IRS to no longer enforce the ACA penalties, plenty of young health people will drop coverage and take their chances.
Good. As to hear some young people talk about health insurance as if they are terminally ill or ancient was rather sad and unfortunate to experience.
Maybe toughing it a bit, living those years rather than worrying incessantly about getting sick, which happens less to younger people anyway, can only be a good thing for that section of the population. It might even happen that some young people report back years from now and tell how they lived healthy and productive lives without being polluted by a myriad of prescription drugs, which they never needed in the first place.

Yes don't worry about being sick when you're young, can't wait to see how that turns out in the future when they report back.

Last I heard, they do "group" appointments:
Quote:
"Since July, Lindsey has been seeing his Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates patients only in groups, formally called shared medical appointments. It's part of an ambitious plan by Harvard Vanguard to ease physician shortages, and reduce patient and doctor dissatisfaction over constantly feeling rushed during appointments."
Read the article... The doctor sees 9 patients at once, all with similar health issues/concerns, and then bills insurance for 9 office visits. And they pay.
Yes, that's why the subsidies are part of Obamacare. What part of Obamacare included "gov't will dilly dally around responsibility to pay subsidies"? THAT is why this is happening.
You make robbing from peter to pay pauls insurance company sound like a legitimate thing.
Wasn't Obamacare supposed to insure this doesn't happen?
