Agreed. Unfortunately, that's what boobus doesn't get. The same crowd that bemoans income inequality. What someone else makes doesn't matter, it's what I make and the value I receive when I purchase product.

If that's what you want more of you should like RAISE! I have sneaky suspicion that you don't.

Agree with you. Don't know why this would make anyone angry or proud. Focus on yourself.

Why can't you answer a simple question? I never asked you or said anything about Jim Crow or turning the clock back to the 1950s. Do you think AA should be ended? Or is that "turning the clock back"? And what happens if you don't "get yours" or don't have a job? You don't seem to appreciate that immigration might sometime be the reason you don't get yours and don't have a job.

Frankly, I don't care about what income anyone has. That's your business.

I worry about what I make and that's it. What this or that group earns is irrelevant.

Tell that to the left who harp endlessly about the white vs Hispanic and black gap, and use it to justify an endless stream of programs and benefits for the latter. Oh yeah and the male vs female gap the left harps on.

What does it tell you?

It's a free country and provides pretty much a fair chance to everyone - you work hard with good work ethics and discipline - you will most likely be rewarded REGARDLESS of whether you are an "immigrant"' or a 5th generation "born and raised American."

We do have our growing pains but this freedom and equal opportunity makes us one of the greatest country in the history.

People can care about whatever they want to. Shrug. I didn't say anything about gaps or underrepresentation or any of that. I'm just not that concerned with which group is making more money... unless it's me.

I haven't been given a reason to be afraid. I don't care if my neighbor made 100k last year. If he worked for it the right way, what call do I have to be mad at him or resent him? Him making money doesn't make me mad. Me NOT making money is what gets on my nerves. My friend or neighbor getting the job won't bother me. Me NOT getting a job will make my blood boil. My friend getting a job isn't contributing to my suffering. Me not getting the opportunity contributes to that.
