This is the key right here. I don't care what letter you have after your name. If you obstruct the will of the voters then you need to be replaced. Trump needs to hammer this home next primary season.

They will also provide a check on an out of control Republican President, which the Republicans in Congress have been reluctant to do.
The trend is an increase in the amount of GOP governors. It is true people tend to like voting for GOP governors even in many blue states. As far as the house and Senate in 2016 there were lots of predictions of the democrats taking back the Senate. In fact 24 of the 34 Senate races were GOP seats so this was the year. Some even thought the house might go back to the Dems but that was a bigger longshot. So I guess a moral victory by gaining a little ground is something. But 2016 was the best chance for the Dems in the senate. There is always 2022 I guess, the next big opportunity.

So the 24 million myth. A NY Senator made the claim which was made up and the left keeps passing it around and making the lie bigger. Realty over 10 years up to 14 million might opt out of mandatory insurance since the GOP plan is not mandatory. Young people, people who just cannot afford what they are paying now with obamacare but have to pay etc. 24 million are not being thrown off insurance. Fake story.

The 24 Million Talking Point - FactCheck.org

As far as premiums last fall it was announced Obamacare premiums were rising an average of 25% for 2017. Have you been living under a rock? Premiums have been rising steadily. So you are saying not keeping obamacare means premiums are only going up 15-25%? That alone is an improvement.

Obamacare premiums are spiking 25% next year. How bad is that? - LA Times

Congress and Trump. What exactly has the GOP done for Trump? The can't pass anything and have helped in the whole Russia investigation. The look pretty much like the Democrats just less openly vocal against him. Their actions are the same as the Democrats.

Your talking point on insurance coverage is pure spin. From your own link: "It is certainly true that the CBO analysis found the Republican bill would lead to 24 million fewer people having insurance, compared with current law." CBO gave us the 24M number.

Of those 10 million "opting out," 7 million are people who were covered through their employer. So 14M lose Medicaid, 7M who lose employer coverage because fewer employers have to provide insurance, and 3M who choose not to enter the ACA pool because the fine goes away and they can't really afford coverage when the feds are offering lesser subsidies.

Your premiums link also points out that the typical pool customer (the ones for whom "Obamacare premiums are going up) will have no out-of-pocket premium increase because subsidies cover the premium rise. The entire thrust of that link is that premiums are lower with ACA than they would be without it, and health care costs are lower, too.

3 GOP Senators gave Trump the greatest possible gift: they worked with Democrats to kill his unpopular health care plan.

2020 is a good opportunity to retake the Senate. And the House, too.

Adam "Pencil Neck" Schiff was on a talk show last night (might have been Seth Meyers -- neighbor blasts her TV). I heard uber liberal Seth tell Schiff that the Dems needed more of a message than just hating Trump. Schiff said something like "We believe in more jobs and people having a better life unlike the Republicans who just say they believe in winning." Huh? Schiff has spent too much time locked in a room looking for Russian conspiracies if he doesn't know what Trump has already done on the business front:

  1. Hundreds of useless regulations that strangled small business and family farms have been eliminated.
  2. The stock market is roaring and economic confidence is the highest in many years.
  3. Keystone Pipeline and Dakota Pipeline have created thousands of jobs.
  4. New coal mine opened
  5. We are now selling coal and LNG to Eastern Europe, taking that business away from Russia
  6. We sell coal to China now that they stopped buying from N Korea
  7. Implemented a partnership with community colleges and business to create apprenticeship program with guaranteed jobs, no student debt.
  8. Global women's entrepreneurship empowerment fund, which has grown to $300 million with the help of a $50 million U.S. donation.
  9. Ivanka Trump is trying to get paid family leave for all workers.
  10. Black unemployment at the lowest rate in 17 years
  11. Saudis signed contracts for billions of dollars of US planes and military equipment.
  12. Space Program reinstated

However, Trump also eliminated some jobs:
  1. 110 fewer White House employees, saving nearly $5 million
  2. The First Lady’s staff has been cut from 24 staffers to only five. Michelle Obama's staff of 22 cost nearly $2 million annually, up from the $1.4 million spent during the George W. Bush era.
If you want to know what has been going on in this very busy White House, subscribe to the White House official youtube channel. Over 2600 videos so far showing every speech, meeting at the White House, foreign leaders, Trump's trips overseas and press briefings with Cabinet Members. Why let presstitutes censor your news and tell you how to think?

Looks like the Democrats winning thanks to Trump isn't a done deal after all
A data-heavy analytical link on c-d? How did that squeak in here?

Gee, you sound bitter. A waste of time. Move on. The best revenge is living in today. You will be more apt to be at peace and not prone to ulcers, hypertension, etc.

I doubt Trump is going to run in 2020.
I just can't see that he's going to get the nomination unless his poll numbers are looking a lot better.
What about Pence?

Stunning article. The main stream media would have you think otherwise.
