Notice what he has to do here: Because I have proven that Obama has been the 2nd best president on an annualized basis for stock market returns, he has to add in a couple of Bush years prior to that (as if ANYONE here has been trying to defend Bush ). The facts don't support his worldview, so he had to twist and stretch his timeframe to make it look more like how he wants it to look.
