Well a buddy of mine opened my conspiracy theory eyes to something I had no clue was happening. I guess not only do the people of Minneapolis have to deal with tragedy, they also have to deal with being spied on by the police with drones flying overhead all damn day there.
They are supposed to destroy any data within 30 days they've collected not pertaining to an active investigation. Well, they're fighting this because they want to use data to create cases on the good citizens of Minneapolis.
They are also using Kingfisher cell phone listening technology. I sure do sympathize with them. The police sound very belligerent, apathetic and oblivious to people's rights there.
I live in a sanctuary state, and I'm kinda glad when I hear about this s---. I hope the cops here don't abuse technology, turn it against the citizens, and become cunning and deceitful like the police in St. Paul and Minneapolis.

How is the 4th amendment protective of anything in plain view?
