A pre-emptive Trump strike against N Korea, nuke or not, would be unilateral - with no UN or allies for cover.
Significant civilian casualties would result in world wide condemnation with not good economic and security consequences.

Especially considering Sunday was the 72nd anniversary of Little Boy and tomorrow of Fat Boy.

And gee, I don't think I've seen the annual 'we were wrong to use the bomb' thread.

Oh, to hell with the world! Kim has threatened this country with nuclear holocaust over and over. NK has been working diligently to be able to do just that and may have succeeded. Under anybody's metric that is a legitimate casus belli.
