How is California in the toilet? I was just there recently and it seems to be doing pretty good...jobs, thriving economy, etc. I didn't see any part that was "in the toilet". Perhaps you'd like to point out specifically which parts are "in the toilet" and why?

Yeah conservatives always forget those states when they talk about the areas that are not doing good economically.

You named federal Representative of Nevada. Federal representatives do not make state law.

If you are looking to blame anyone for state problems, start with the state assembly ,then senate, then governor.
