How does other people's use of hard drugs impact my life? Addicts often turn criminal when they don't have money to support their addiction. Some druggies hangout in otherwise nice parks that my child would like playing in, etc.

Everything is everyone else's business because we live in a society. The effects may not be immediately apparent, but directly or indirectly, we are affected. You think it's harmless that someone uses a certain brand of shoe? Well, I happen to know the slave-wage factory that makes that shoe in China, and they have poor occupational health standards. The chemicals caused the premature death of an employee who happens to be my brother-in-law (because I married a Chinese). See what I'm saying?

So yes, liberal's personal choices do affect my life just as my choices (like my large carbon footprint, or my support for Donald Trump) apparently affects theirs.

So, what's your point?.....that conservatives should make all of the rules.....or just you?

Everyone has likes and dislikes. Do I get to impose mine on everyone?

Wow, that's what happens when you read something with an extreme anti-conservative bias.

I see this just as often from conservatives here. This week there was a whole thread on "how does having immigrants in the US improve your life?".

From your first post:

Versus YOU coming from a place of extreme anti-liberal bias.

Abortion is still legal in this country under most circumstances.

If you don't approve of abortion, don't have one.

Funny isn't it, how Liberals love to use the theory of incidental impact to justify all types of government overreach and intrusion...(like if a young healthy person doesn't want to pay for health insurance).

But they refuse to acknowledge the many other ways that people actions and decisions have an impact on others, when those actions are on line with progressive ideology.

Good thread.
