Hillary Clinton has been behind the progressive movement since she was in college. She is not a corporate sell out and has in fact voted for and proposed legislation that would rein in corporate misconduct.
tRump OTOH has and will appoint judges who will rule for the corporation and against the rights of workers. Oh, but your side says he will protect your guns. News for you sonny, the gun narrative is all about more profits for the gun manufacturers, it's not about protecting your right to own a gun.
This isn't an argument that Trump is worthy of the office. Mine is an argument that Hillary was not worthy of my vote.
Hillary has always been for nothing more than Hillary. She was fired early on for lying and had to be sued to get her out from under the insurance companies desk concerning health care in the 90's.
Let's start with this one. For five hears Trump questioned whether the first black President was born in the U.S.A. He was one of the main proponents of "birtherism", an openly hateful and racist campaign against Obama.
He condoned the beating of Black Lives Matter protestors.
He encouraged the mob anger against the Central Park Five.
He called supporters who beat up a homeless Hispanic man, "passionate."
He shared an anti-semitic meme created by white supremicists.
Since winning the election, Trump has picked top advisers and cabinet officials whose careers are checkered by accusations of racially biased behavior. i.e. Steve Bannon, Mike Flynn, Steve Mnuchin, Jeff Sessions, Sebastion Gorka, and countless others
Trump denied responsibility for the racist incidents that followed his election. While the hate speech and racist violence emboldened by his campaign only escalated after his win, Trump downplayed the incidents and half-heartedly denounced them. There were nearly 900 hate incidents across the U.S. in the 10 days following the election,
He launched a travel ban targeting Muslims. He has made many comments denigrating Muslims.
He claimed a judge was biased because he's "Mexican."
The Justice Dept sued his company twice for not renting to black people.
Workers at Trump’s casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey, have accused him of racism over the years. The New Jersey Casino Control Commission fined the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino $200,000 in 1992 because managers would remove African-American card dealers at the request of a certain big-spending gambler. A state appeals court upheld the fine.
He refused to condemn the white supremicists who advocated for him during the campaign.
He treats racial groups as monoliths: refers to "the blacks", "the Muslims", "the hispanics.". He trashed Native Americans too.
If Hillary had won she would be under investigation right now for numerous offenses. Her Uranium One enterprise is quite interesting. If she let the Russians buy into it maybe she would have let North Korea get a piece of the action too.
Her emails and classified information would be back in the news again. Destroying hard drives, deleting emails etc etc etc sounds like obstruction to me.
