According to this CNN article, President Trump did order a 'review' of the nuclear arsenal upon assuming office in January, but that to 'modernize' it would require billions of dollars allocated by Congress, which I have not read they have done:
However, we will assume that Mr. Trump's tweet is directed to a small audience: Dictator Bart of NK (I can't recall his name), and to Trump's base. Both, I believe, will readily accept his tweet as fact, with no questions asked.

What? I thought the lead time on new weapons systems is measured in years. And for nuclear ones, sometimes decades.

In other news, President Trump tweeted that, for the past six months, a program mandated by his executive order has been providing regular doses of Viagra to the missiles in the U.S. nuclear arsenal to make them "far stronger and more powerful than ever before".
Oh really ? You must have inside information to make that statement. Please tell us exactly what you know and what has been done. It will be nice to hear from someone who has that kind of knowledge and who is not simply saying things he is just making up.

I saw that this morning. What a moron Trump is to even think that something like modernizing our nuclear weapons would take 6 months. When will this man stop tweeting stupid easily disproved stuff.
