Public Records: 11 California counties have more registered voters than "voting-age citizens.”
What?? Why is this allowed to continue?

There’s more.
“Los Angeles County officials stated, that the total number of registered voters in the County of Los Angeles, now stands at a number that is a whopping 144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age.’”
FAR MORE REGISTERED VOTERS THAN THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO ARE OF VOTING AGE.
That’s fraud.

CHECK THIS OUT and now add this to the mix.
Far more than a million illegal immigrants have received driver’s licenses in California. All of them (unless they specifically opt out), are automatically registered to vote by the Dept. of Motor Vehicles.
Put all this insanity together, and what do you get?

A HUGE gigantic number of people who can illegally cast votes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because, in California, it’s legal to be illegal.

Judicial Watch Warns California to Clean Voter Registration Lists or Face Federal Lawsuit - Judicial Watch

I read the California Top-to-Bottom Review.
The public comments section at the end was very telling how people really feel about it.

There was a discussion of vendors pretending to sell certain voting machines to the state of California…but actually delivering other machines…machines that were not certified for use. The `ol Bait & Switch

Someone else said that California lacked a method to ensure the source code for voting-machine software actually belonged to software certified by the state.
There is no guarantee that the California voting system is safe or effective or honest. In Fact everything points to the opposite.

Maybe Trump's statement about 3 million is still wrong, but at least he brought up the concern on a national level. This is ridiculous and the funny thing is, you know many people in California will ignore this. Those who don't ignore it, will just push to have illegal immigrants have voting rights, yes there is talk in CA, MD and I am sure other places to give ILLEGAL immigrants voting rights. That doesn't even make sense.

None of this actually qualifies as evidence for fraud.

Having more registered voters than eligible voters has more than one explanation. For example, the county government could be poorly managed and not do a good job of updating their voter registry. It's entirely possible than all those extra registered voters are simply dead on living in a different county and not causing electoral problems.

What this all amounts to is reason to investigate. Sort of like how emails promising the Trump campaign dirt on Hillary Clinton collected by Kremlin connected Russians constitutes cause to investigate election wrong doing. Right?

I'm consistent with my views on this. It would probably be worth double checking to make sure there was not mass voter fraud in California as there appears to be possibility that it could happen. Certainly, these problems need to be cleaned up, even if they aren't having noteworthy impact on elections.

I don't understand such threads, which certainly keep popping up.

Now, a few weeks ago, we had a thread in which the poster, rather gleefully, noted that more people are moving out of California, than to California.

This article notes that from 2010 to 2015, 266,000 more people moved out of California, then moved in:

Why some people are fleeing Southern California – Orange County Register

Now, generally, when people move, they do not think to call or write to the county office to remove their names from the voting rolls.

Indeed, not only did 266,000 people move out during said period, but you would have had several million (guessing, out of 39 million) people die during that time. When my father died in 2009, my mother certainly did not think of calling about his voter registration (indeed, here in Texas, I automatically receive a new voter's registration card every two years).

It is stuff and nonsense, to my mind.

1) This is not a CA-specific issue. This issue exists in every place of the country. Therefore, there is no guarantee that most of our state's voting systems are "safe or effective or honest"...lol. I agree, it should be addressed in a better way.

2) This is not proof of widespread illegal voting or voting fraud (i.e. enough that would sway elections). People move all of the time, and just because they are on the voting rolls in multiple places, that does not mean they are voting in multiple places.

Much ado about nothing. Just a weak justification for Kris Kobach's efforts at voter suppression.
