She will always be remembered as the one who lost to Donald Trump. Sure she could be charged but that's temporary. The embarrassment of history remembering her failures is forever.
Say what you want, the email leaks will put Hillary and company behind bars or at least they'll flee the country. More and more pizzagate/pedogate emails are being leaked but you have to have a strong stomach to read them.
Hillary did what she did. She paid for it. The real harm to the country (since Hillary lost) was done at the IRS. If Sessions was doing his job we would have charges being filed there.
That we haven't is an example of why both parties are pretty worthless.

The IRS thing did far more damage (most of the email damage was done internally to the DNC) and happened well before the email thing. Where is the promised further investigation and charges?
