That happens when you politicize movies and insult half the country.

Good.

The only movie I've seen in over a year is Rogue One.

I'll not watch a De Niro flick ever again.

I so hate all of these people.

I haven't gone to the movies much in a couple of years, this year has been absolutely terrible. Even a lot of the movies that the so called "experts" said were good weren't that good really. A great example is the movie Get Out which came out early in the year. It's extremely overrated and much weaker than many other mystery/thriller movies.

I have not seen a movie in the theaters in a year, and only see about one per year if that. I can't remember watching a trailer and thinking that I would like to see the movie (except a few on netflix). I don't care as much about the actor's politics as other people do, but I do know some people who refuse to watch certain movies because of an actor's politics.

Some great movies came out this year. Logan was awesome!

Sorry some (not all) of Hollywood's actors have different political views than you. I clearly have different political views than some of the posters that have already responded in this thread....I don't hate any of you...

What a weird conclusion.

Do you have any actual evidence? Or do you always see what you want to see whoever you look?

LOL! That's a good one. Look at some of your own posts.

In fact, here, you referenced The Guardian

This has nothing to do with politicizing movies but everything to do with poor movies and a complete lack of new ideas for movies, look at all the reboots, plus the high cost of going to see movies. Last time my wife and I went to see a movies during a matinee it cost $19 to see the movie plus another $20 for 2 drinks and a popcorn.

Plus they don't insult half the country, or the deplorable.

If they want to use their clout to smear Trump, we will use ours to lower their bank accounts. No more of a lot of Hollywood for supporters of our President. Let them keep on bashing, we will boycott their sponsors.

I've mostly quit going to the movie theater because certain popular actors have become political in the far left extreme. I refuse to add to their coffers by supporting their work. The only movies we've seen this year are Alien: Covenant and Dunkirk.

Multi-millionaire, leftist actors have a right to speak their opinion in public. I have a right to avoid them at the box office.
