Wrong.

Fields was not fleeing an attack.

'Murder' doesn't have a uniform definition or elements. That's why there are degrees of murder and differences within each degree. 2nd degree murder in Virginia doesn't necessarily require intent.

I don't know..I'm as confused as you are by this thread. If I wanted to support the other protesters I would go out of my way to show that this guy was a whacked out lone wolf. It's just baffling the lengths people go to to prove that it was either: a) just an accident b)a false flag c) A George Soros scheme to discredit the alt-right /sigh

Bizarre and strangely fascinating.

Sorry, but your version of the so-called "fleeing an attack" is not an established fact no matter how many times you post that it is. The video of the flag pole hitting the car is more likely showing a reaction to the speed Fields was going toward the crowd of people.

His brake lights were lit as he passed the bicycle on the right. He was slowing down as he approached the man who attacked his car. He subsequently accelerated and fled after his car was attacked from behind.

That attack on his car is a chargeable criminal offense. It's a normal reaction to flee those attacks. The drivers in the cars in the other video from that day did the exact same thing: fled after being attacked.

The left has to STOP being so violent. They got someone killed this time.

I'm baffled why you would make this a political issue.

Its either a crime or not, or one crime vs another crime of more or lesser degree.

Why do you assume that anyone looking at all the facts related to the crime is involved in some white power cause or a neo Nazi?

That's insane and simply tells us more about you than anything else.
