When the last POTUS left office with higher ratings then the current POTUS. Yeah you use that popularity to get the people out to vote

Good point, but Obama made it bitter and divided upon election. It actually began before he won and continued throughout his Presidency. Recall hour members of Congress treated him and talked to him?

And they did vote, but not for the corrupt witch he told them to vote for. Remember the stupid statement about how he would find it a "personal insult to his legacy" if his sheep didnt elect Hillary? How did that work out eh?

Why didn't that popularity result in a Hillary win and Democrats taking back the Senate??

Lol, Obama would vehemently disagree with your opinion.

In his own words:

Quote:
“It’s one of the few regrets of my presidency — that the rancor and suspicion between the parties has gotten worse instead of better,†Obama said last January in his final State of the Union address.

You know it, I know it, and so do millions of other people. Obama was a great President and got through 8 years with no factually negative issues, only those made up by his detractors. He and Michelle worked hard to improve the lives of every day people, and they put up with every ugly smear thrown at them from people who hated them for reasons not related at all to their performance or dedication. It is pretty obvious, from even the comments on here, that we all know the real reason a lot of people were not willing to give him a chance, or give him credit for all that he did accomplish.

My life is better today because of his efforts, and every business that is growing and enjoying profits again can thank him for that happening. He took over when this country was on the brink of a very serious depression, and his work made a real positive difference that is still being seen today. He is not only respected and loved here, but around the world.

But, you and I can talk until the cows come home, and they will never acknowledge any of that. They prefer to hitch their wagons to a man who is completely at a loss in his new position, and he is getting worse by the day. You can't fix stupid.

Bring it on. The MSM won't give him the free pass like they did when he was in office.

I would welcome Obama with open arms. It will be refreshing to see a dignified, caring, eloquent, decent person again.
Maybe he can provide some leadership for the party and get us going toward being great again. The current Failure in Chief has divided us and created a lot of hatred and strife. Obama is diplomatic and smart. He could bring us together for once and for all. He could discover the talent within the Democratic party and help the right people to get to a place where they can run for public office. We need good leadership--there is none in the Republican party and there isn't much organization in the Democratic party. I hope he does come back, he is needed.
