Recent climate change simulations show that the wet-bulb temperature—a combined measure of humidity and temperature—in some parts of the region could exceed what humans can deal with. The human body cannot effectively cool itself beyond a wet-bulb temperature of 35 degree Celsius (°C), which is, therefore, considered the upper limit of survivability. But the research suggests that areas in the Chota Nagpur Plateau, northeastern India, and Bangladesh could breach that mark if greenhouse gas emissions continue to rise throughout the century, endangering approximately 4% of south Asia’s population by 2100.

Not if they have air conditioning, which they will certainly have barring catastrophic povertywaves triggered by unwise policies in response to climate change.
Yes....If we continue on current trend lines parts of this globe will be uninhabitable. Just like we have created dead zones in the ocean we will create them on land. When that time comes it will make the current migration of people look like a trickle. Tens of millions will be on the march.

Such pronouncements that link every statistical anomaly to the boogey man only adds to the humor when AGCC / AGW is discredited as pseudo-science based on beliefs supported by inaccurate computer models that have yet to accurately predict anything in the past 25 years.

Nearly half of Bangladesh is on a flood plain, as such half of the country will flood regularly. Parts of India aren't habitable now, will global warming render the uninhabitable parts more uninhabitable? Much of Sri Lanka is mountainous, and as such can't sink. Many wish Pakistan would sink or become uninhabitable, but it's been full of desert and nasty rocks for a very long time. So what will change?
