I'm a veteran and I don't find what he did disrespectful. My issue lays with the people that say he needs to leave America or be punished for his actions. For a silent protest at that... If you don't agree with what he did, that's ok, just don't drag his name through the mud and act holier than thou.. If you're not black you don't know what black folks have had to go through in America.. And we're still fighting...
You think you were the only people enslaved. You think only a black person knows discrimination then you are an idiot. How about Connecticut in the 1960s when from Nowalk CT to the NY state line the only two towns Jews could live in was Norwalk and Stamford. Do you know all the clubs and organizations a Jew couldn't join. So stop this crap that only black people have been discriminated against. At least the this country didn't try to kill all the black people here which doesn't excuse what they did do such as strange fruit.
But you need to get over yourself - its not all about you FYI slavery is alive and well right now in the Middle East and the continent of Africa.
It's free for now but reading some posts here one would think that it's only free if you believe in the same God, drive a truck and get drunk on wife beating juice.
oh please, not this garbage again. instead of it being about themessage, its about the messenger, and there in lies the problem.
these guys have the right o protest in any manner they see fit. but someone needs to tell them the right way to get their message out, and it isnt sitting or kneeling for the national anthem.

It's already been discussed, Lynch has been sitting and standing for 10 years, mostly sitting not because he's protesting anything but his own goofiness.
He doesn't seem to get the fact that America values talent regardless of race or ethnicity.
Back when America was actually racist, black players were threatened with violence for taking the field. Race was more important than talent.
Lynch actually dishonors the sacrifices of the black players that came before him.
Oh lord, here we go with the faux concern about dishonorong blacks from yesteryear.
Since when did you begin to care about honoring old black athletes? LMAO!
