3 days late. Looked forced, not believable. Per news, he INSISTED on starting speech with pats on his own back re: economy. To aides, it must be like convincing little Donnie to eat his veggies, then he can have dessert. But little Donnie throws a tantrum so he gets his dessert first.

The base understands he has to say this stuff politically. David Duke made it clear during the campaign that Trump would be forced to say some things against the Nazis, but that they should ignore it as Trump's heart was in the right place. The left knows it too for that matter.
