if a state is a voluntary employment state, then any employer can fire any employee simply just because without a reason given. like wise any employee can quit for any or no reason.
Well that's what happens when we gave up our 1st amendment rights. We lost all rights.
The only right you had was protection from your government regarding free speech. The notion that other private citizens had to tolerate your free speech with no consequence was imaginary. You made it up. You can't lose things that are imaginary.

Funny, there was a lot more protection for workers from losing their jobs AND a lot less illegal immigrtion when private sector unions were stronger, maybe the alt-righters should've gotten behind strengthening private sector unions rather than embracing a cult of personality (led by a guy who does not share their bigotry or most of their views)
No one has to say it. It's allowed because EEOC, AA and disparate impact and discrimination or victim claims are only really honored if the person is black or non-white and almost never for a white person.
Simple, if I own a business and you work for me and I see you doing something in the public I that I disagree with I have the right to terminate your employment with my firm, My business, My Choice. Life is full of Choices.
