Looks clear to me. Nothing about political affiliation - in other words, you can be fired for a sig heil salute or attending such a rally.

Only if they deal with the public.

I don't want my taxes going to support any of those haters because they would no longer be able to get a job. I would much rather have them be hired to clean up radioactive waste or something like that.
