It's definitely white people that still have most of the influence on this country. There are certainly African Americans that contribute to the entertainment fields, they are the best at sports, music, comedy, etc. A lot of Asians and hispanics contribute in their special way too, but I've recently taken a long drive around a lot of parts of this country, And the majority of what I saw is still the down-home Americana that it has been for decades on end.
I'd break it down like this. You have 10 or 20 major urban cores, your LA, NYC, Houston, etc. The inner city parts of those areas are one way, but once you leave that you're into suburbs and rural America. A lot of those suburbs pretty much the same no matter where you live, and the rural areas are quite similar except for geography no matter where you live. It can be small town Utah, Iowa, or Pennsylvania and most of It is the same. You got your Wal-Mart's and bars and pickup trucks, and down home folks. And that's about it, and a big part of what makes America, America.
Still if you exclude a lot of trashy urban cores for example, you have the rest of the folks. And those folks vote and that's how Trump won. It's really quite simple.
Only 15% of US citizens aged 18 or over voted for Trump.
The real problem is the folks who stayed home and didn't Vote...
But yeah, totally agree, it's mostly a Caucasian country....
(But look at the European/ Scandinavian countries like Sweden, Norway- Things could be a lot better for the general populace- mostly white as they are- than they are and it doesn't have to be like it is).

If I understand the post, you are basically confirming what many think - nearly all of Trump's support comes from whites. Very little comes from any other group. In your view the whites that follow Trump are the REAL Americans and everyone else doesn't matter.

Those are socialist countries, America is capitalist. We are far better for winners.
But, 69...
Even in your own description of the country- the majority who voted Trump aren't "winners"...
Excuse me???
