Its already failed/backfired. Nobody believes it.

I do not think we still in the VOTE stage, that was months ago-- you keep going back there>?? But we are here today, this is where we are at NOW, and we don't like it! As I mentioned earlier, CEOs and other top guns are saying the same thing-- forget us little peons of CD, people with power an money are speaking out - not stopping them with a post.

People all over this board are trying to deflect. There are more and more threads trying to deflect from the actions of Neo_Nazis with buh buh but the liberals, but the antifa, but BLM, wtfever. That isn't calling it out and saying you don't support white supremacists/neo-nazis/hate groups. It's deflection.

It's not unlike prior to the civil war when Northern industrialists and the media they bought and paid for wanted to place unfair export tariffs on southern products, while placing import tariffs on manufactured products, most frequently purchased by the south. It's hard to rally the people about passing laws that unfairly enrich one group over another. "Line our pockets" isn't much of a rallying cry. Yet when you can form a narrative and manipulate people into believing they are on the side with moral superiority by claiming it's about "slavery"-its a lot simpler. Identity politics has been an effective tool to divide this country for a long time.
So the fact that Mueller runs a tight ship and there are no leaks means the Trump/Russia investigation is over? The few details that have emerged show that to be a completely false assertion.

As for the rest of it, this is all Trump's doing, not the left. No one on the left told him to self-identify as Alt-Right (which he explicitly did before correcting himself) nor to claim that there were fine people marching among the self-avowed white supremacists and neo Nazis.

Probably not as well as Trump's tactic of acting like a jackass.
