If leftists want to replace the Confederate memorial statues and monuments (yes, they should be removed), and George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, former presidents; should there be monuments and statues of Barack Hussein Obama, the first black president?

One, I don't see anyone suggesting statues of George Washington or Thomas Jefferson should be removed, aside from Trump mentioning it.

Two, he's a previous president.... black or white, presidents get statues (and libraries and sometimes streets and buildings). What do leftists have to do with it?

Funny, isn't it, when some people can't understand the difference between a statue of a man who committed treason against United States during the Civil War and a president who served two terms with no drama. Confederate statues should all be moved from public property to Civil War Battlefield National Parks, Civil War Museums and Civil War cemeteries where they can be studied in there historical context.
