Whatever he does, I hope we have a nice, boring Pence Administration. In a peaceful nation, politics should be boring to most people.
Oh man, wouldn't a little calm and peace be wonderful for a change ? I am about burned out from all this turmoil during the last 8 months, and from the election prior to that.
Pence is no prince, and he is a poster boy for the GOP. However, he seems to be able to control himself and act like a mature, intelligent human being. I bet a lot of the current upheaval and ugliness starts to diminish once he is in there and Trump is back sitting on his gold toilet in NYC.
Since Charlottesville 11 people killed and 40 wounded in Chicago, 5 killed in Baltimore, but at least the left can argue over statues....but Trump is the Problem and Pence will bring order and love ?

He'll bring order possibly with an Iron fist. The love, even though he's about the "Jesus" lifestyle,...probably not.
Will he be effective in pushing a conservative agenda?
Would he keep Steve Bannon on his staff?
What will he do to confront China?
A Pence administration would be alot less chaotic and think he will likely push out alot of people like Kushner, Miller and Bannon to make it so...
I can't imagine him rocking the boat by confronting China though. We need them in many ways and even Pence knows that.
While many may think a Pence presidency is a scary thought, I do think he will be more level-headed and actually listen to the majority of Americans instead of his own base of supporters like Trump has. Frankly, he can't assume the presidency fast enough.
Honestly, it does seem like Trump is either trying to get removed from office, or doesn't really care if that happens.
He's accomplished next to nothing. Even Neil Gorsuch was simply a gift from Mitch McConnell. Just when you think he's reached a new level of low, he goes lower. Outrage follows outrage follows scandal.
He never thought he would win. He clearly finds the job of being President unpleasant. The only part he still seems to enjoy are his totally unnecessary campaign rallies, and tweeting. He's needlessly alienated many members of the GOP Congress. He's ending up a Lame Duck President, and I don't think he even cares.
I'm no fan of Pence but at least the man is sane.
