This is probably the reason Soros is paying Antifa to tear down cities. The Dems will lose their voting stock if blacks are getting jobs. If the job market comes roaring back which it is doing.
Were we black people not getting jobs under Obama ????

On June 25, 2015, Obama took a victory lap.

He said, "I restored people's 401K's...."

"I". Not "we". Not "my administration".

But as you say, he was a fool.
Obama tells Marc Maron he saved the stock market - Business Insider

To Trump's credit, he usually says something like, "The stock market is up; we're doing great"
I think it's premature to measure those sorts of things, but it is never appropriate to use "I" when measuring macro economic effects.
Obama is a true narcissistic sicko.

It's a little hard to judge from your chart, but it looks like the spread between black unemployment and white unemployment is at (or near) a historic low.
It would be wonderful to see the two lines merge someday.

OPINION | Why Trump is better for black America than Obama ever was | TheHill

"Why Trump is better for black America than Obama ever was"

"I would argue that two factors hold back economic progress for blacks: a lack of jobs in inner cities and poor educational opportunities. On both of these, Trump is delivering positive results. The black unemployment rate has fallen by a full percentage point in the last year, black labor force participation is up, and the number of black Americans with a job has risen by 600,000 from last year. Preliminary data show black wages and incomes up since the election."

It just so happens that black employment has been going up since somewhere around 2010:

The black unemployment rate has been going down since 2011:

And the black LFPR appears to have bottomed out around 2015 and has been going up since then:

Can you tell where the Trump election was on those charts? No, you can't.

So you see, you can conclude anything you want if you ignore all data except for the one little snippet you want to look at.

What specific policy did Trump implement (not inherit) which caused all three of those things?

Trump's orange body sitting in the White House oval office doesn't mean he has increased black employment rates. As a matter of fact, there is plenty of evidence that when Trump is around, people lose their jobs rather than gain employment. Just ask Steven Bannon and Reince Priebus.

My advice to all of you is, Grow the heck up.

This country has much bigger fish to fry! Your all being baited into race wars.
Ding, ding, ding. When all else fails start blabbering about "race."
