As we know New Orleans and Baltimore have already removed them. Lexington, Kentucky has just voted to have theirs removed. Atlanta, GA. and even Macon, Georgia have researched having theirs removed and several have called for the removal, including signage of an East Atlanta Street but as it currently sits, Georgia State Law prohibits this. There is even a Call to have the faces removed from Stone Mountain, the largest Confederate Monument and Ground Zero of them all. Even a Confederate flag in an Atlanta Suburb was stolen, but due to State law has to be replaced. They are apart of American History and I can see both sides of this but with all the Violence in Virginia should they stay or go given what they stand for? What Cities, Municipalities, and States will keep them, who will remove them or at least put them in a Museum?

What affect will the this have on my all time Favorite Kids TV show of all Time, " The Dukes of Hazzard" Based and filmed right here in the Atlanta Metro. Me even being a black Male is Highly sadden by this. I in no way ever felt as though the Show was racist but reminded me more of the good times and my Child hood here in Georgia and the good ol days!! The dukes, heading into Atlanta from Hazzard County off to catch boss hogg In his tricks and end up having to save him.. Always family friendly but never have I picked up on any racism!!
