This is what happens when idiot leftists go on pure emotion, and ignorance is on full display.

With all this hate going on with the left, a group of outraged leftists defaced a Civil War Statue, without bothering to comprehend it's significance.

The statue in Piedmont Park "depicts an angel staying the hand of a Confederate soldier as he holds a rifle. In her other hand, the angel holds an olive branch."

It's a statue about peace, unity, and healing, with nothing to do with the KKK or slavery.

There are quite a few unity statues like this, but the left will tear them down, because the thrill of feeling enraged and seemingly important, are all consuming.

What is the Peace Monument in Atlanta's Piedmont Park?
