seems to me, the Trumpers are becoming as fake news as it gets.
As pointed out long ago. Trump didn't form these council's.

Default Members of Trump’s Infrastructure Panel Resign in Protest

More than a quarter of a blue-ribbon panel of experts that advises President Donald Trump on infrastructure security submitted a joint resignation letter to him Monday because, they wrote, his actions jeopardize U.S. security and “undermine” America’s “moral infrastructure.”

Quote:
In taking on this duty,” they wrote, “we each took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Today, that oath compels us to resign. The moral infrastructure of our Nation is the foundation on which our physical infrastructure is built. The Administration’s actions undermine that foundation.”

And the resignations keep coming...

You have that backwards. The guy who everyone is fleeing from is the one being alienated. Even his own party is abandoning him.
Pretty soon he will be standing there all alone.

But it's okay, no one expects a Trump supporter to understand that.

Nah, he's probably as accomplished at creating imaginary friends as he is at creating imaginary crowds and imaginary phone calls.

Trump said he WANTED THE RICH AND ELITE to lead with him ..... they all chose to lead away from him. He AIN'T NO RONALD REAGAN as the GREAT UNITER and had THE CORPORATE ELITE BEHIND HIM.

Trump continues to have them RUN FROM HIS GREAT "Make America Great Again" strategies. Because he has become the "Great Divider N' Chief ". Great potential he has BLOWN APART.

Now left with just staunch supporters in the White Blue-Collar ranks who put all hope into him though he can't win in his current choices that alienates him further from his own Party and Elite of Corporate America and pull things together.

His only hope is a WORLD CRISIS that UNITES the Nation against a common enemy. But the risk are massive. If divisions grow worst? Our implosion will be from within and the world will only be left with the emergence of China to fall back on. I don't think we can survive the radical 60s in divisions as the risk are far greater today that would effect trust in the US around the Globe and its economies and ours.... Will be our own fault then.

His supporters WANT the R's to go away anyway. They are useless so this is ALL good news.

So his supporters want him to lose? Because he can't win re-election without the moderate R's and right leaning Independents, he barely won with them. Seems like a weird thing for his supporters to want.

Just how many of these councils or panels are there?

It is rather instructive, at least to me, that Mr. Trump's 'evangelical panel' still stands strong, with but one member having resigned so far:

Look at the list. Michelle Bachmann? I had no idea. I bet she stays until the last dog is hung.
