No way. Pence is a far more articulate person who doesn't go opening his big, undisciplined mouth at the slightest of provocations. So the press will be better with him, and he better with the press.
Even Bush did not really have an adversarial relationship with the press, at least not very much. No reason to believe it would be any different with Pence.
