Congrats to the white nationalists for provoking widespread destruction of their beloved statues. Before they had their big march hardly anyone cared about the confederate statues. But as soon as the statues became associated with the hate and violence of the white supremacist movement, people everywhere suddenly became angry about it and now want to destroy each and every last one of them LOL.
White palms, but look a little later in the video and it's clear the sledgehammer guy is black, not that white idiots aren't doing the same type of thing.
Believe me, there are a lot of us who don't want to see the monuments taken down yet have utter contempt for those neo-Nazis pieces of trash. I don't even think that the C'ville Nazis wanted to protect the monuments if anything I think they want them to come down to provoke violence.
I am a stalwart preservationist (and I think many of those monuments were put up by women through fundraising to honour their father's and the soliders who were growing older and dying).
I would MUCH MUCH rather put up monuments to slaves and black Americans to stand along aside what is already standing (and I would donate my money and time to such a cause).
(Two of my great great grandfathers fought for the COnfederacy...neither of who had slaves. Both from Appalachia. I am proud of their service. As two of my southern ancestors also fought in Union regiments, also proud of that history)

Well, this should be good. CC has been in the cross hairs for a while,but it looks like a branch of activists have seized the moment, believing it is he right time to destroy America's oldest monument to CC.
It's all getting rather stupid, still at least Americans can still visit Europe to look at all the beautiful statues.

I really hope this is sarcasm and it went over my head. You can't be so naïve to think this is the first time the inbred basement dwellers have had a rally. The Greensboro massacre happened in 1979. Oddly enough, the Communist workers party were the "counter protesters" and guess what ? They were the ones that started the violence and wanted the W/S's beaten and chased out of town, which isn't a bad idea but in reality people just can't go around beating up others over different opinions even if those opinions are wrong.
Regardless, even after this act of violence things did not transpire into the idiocracy we are seeing now.
What I love about all of these clowns is that they have the time to destroy property. While they are complaining about capitalism; somebody is supporting their sorry butts. Cut off their support and let them go homeless and I am sure they would have a different prospective. At least they would not be able to afford sledge hammers and phones to record their vandalism!

Yep that is exactly what happened. Huge backfire. This is whay I say they are all dimwits; they can't even figure out how to promote their cause well (right conservative cause, not race supremacy I mean).
The "alt-right" (stupid term) needs a good PR person.

I really despise Columbus for his utter cruelty to and massacre of indigineous people in the name of greed.
