I agree that a better relationship with Russia would benefit both parties.

But this is like being trapped in an abusive relationship.

Russia is smacking us around and Mr Trump, like a mother-in-law biased toward her own, seems to have the opinion that it is best for the family that we just put up with it.

Where?
So ... no mention in this AP report of blank pages. I wonder which news source claims there were 2500 blank pages?

The co-founder of a Washington opposition research firm that produced a dossier of salacious allegations involving President Donald Trump has finished his closed-door interview with congressional investigators.

The research firm, Fusion GPS, says co-founder Glenn Simpson “told Congress the truth and cleared the record on many matters of interest to congressional investigators.”

So ... this report doesn't mention any refusal to answer questions either.

It's 7,500.

Fusion GPS co-founder to be interviewed by Senate panel - POLITICO

Quote:
"Committee spokesman Taylor Foy said Simpson and Fusion GPS have provided about 41,000 pages of documents — but added that they are of little value.

“Virtually all documents appear to be merely news clippings rather than substantive communications,” Foy said.

“Roughly a fifth of those documents are blank pages.”

Just common sense that having a good relationship with a country that can destroy your country (mutual destruction) but the butthurt Snowflakes are so hysterical over losing the election that they have fomented a dangerous situation for all of us.

Quid Pro Quo
noun

noun: quid pro quo; plural noun: quid pro quos
  1. a favor or advantage granted or expected in return for something.
Quid pro quo ("something for something" or "this for that" in Latin) is a Latin idiom used in Anglo-Saxon countries instead of Do ut des, which properly means an exchange of goods or services, where one transfer is contingent upon the other.

... phrases with similar meaning include: "give and take", "tit for tat", and "you scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours".

The Democrats went out and hired an "opposition research firm". Isn't anybody suspicious about the fact that this is what this firm did for a living? If they did not produce 'results' they would not stay in business. So they follow any leads no matter how trivial. All of their so called results were paid results and reflected the thinking of those that paid them. If our security agencies based their findings on paid results; then it is not saying too much about our agencies. This is not the way we should choose who should be in the White House!

I guess that's why someone faked the "Seymour Hersh" audio tape.

One would have thought that if the tape was real, Hersh would have by now confirmed that that was his voice on the tape.

Heck, the guy on the tape does not even talk like Hersh.

Did you happen to notice that the tape was made available by a known Russian-paid web personality?

Despite the fact that it's got all the earmarks of Russian state propaganda, that audio tape certainly got the alterverse all worked up, didn't it?
