How many time does it have to be repeated to you guys that there are ways to make Mexico pay for it in the end? I don't mind us paying for it up front if we have to and even if Mexico doesn't pay for it it's still cheaper than the $113 billion a year that illegals cost us.

NO Deal! Let Mexico pay for the wall as promised, or admit the so called 'not a politician' Trump is just another lying BS artist politician not to be trusted.

So send a check to the Treasury. Arrest and jail those who hire illegals, they're not going to come if they can't make $$$.

Some (like those in audience at Phoenix) seem to forget that even President Trump has done some backtracking about the Wall, saying that it does not actually have to go along the entire USA/Mexico border:

“You have mountains. You have some rivers that are violent and vicious,†Trump said during his flight from Washington to Paris this Thursday, July 13. “You have some areas that are so far away that you don’t really have people crossing. So you don’t need that. You’ll need anywhere from 700 to 900 miles.â€

https://panampost.com/elena-toledo/2...entire-border/

Of course, we already have fencing along 770 miles or so of the most highly frequented areas. Obviously, some of the fencing leaves a lot to be desired in terms of security.

Being quite familiar with the Rio Grande river, I do take some issue with his 'violent and vicious' river statement (he said 'rivers', but that is a mistake, obviously). Save for a very brief stretch in the Santa Elena Canyon of Great Bend National Park, the Rio Grande is a very placid river.

No doubt Mr. Trump also realizes that most of the border land in Texas is privately owned, and that various lawsuits are still in the courts concerning the taking of such land to build a prior planned fence. Much of the fencing already up is on Federal land.

Mr. Trump also liked to say that his wall would be made of stone and brick. However, he even tempered that requirement, saying that agents must be able to 'look through' the 'wall', which suggests a fence.

However, Trump supporters will consider such as 'fake facts', although Mr. Trump himself is quoted. They are a curious lot, Trump supporters.

It's not your deal to make. Trump said they'd pay for it and it hasn't even been built yet and yet you keep claiming that they won't pay for it. Just admit that you don't want the wall for your own personal reasons instead of claiming it's about the cost of it.
