Everyone makes typos sometimes. I hate it when I find one of mine, it makes me feel like an utter fool.

Here's the thing:

Fair or not, the president is going to be held to a higher standard than the average Joe on the street, and Trump's little grammatical crimes are way too frequent to just be a matter of hitting the wrong key. It's embarrassing, and it's made worse by the fact that his tweets are seen by people all around the world who probably have a better command of the English language than he does. If he is determined to tweet, let him tweet, but for God's sake, can't he find someone to at least vet the damn things for basic spelling and grammar?

We did have a President who didn't know how to pronounce words......were you offended with that, also?

You mean like......Hearing someone (any American, that is) refer to soccer as 'football' is one of the most definitive signs that you should never be friends with that person.

Indeed.

I well remember an idiotic president who addressed a military group and called them "corpses".

What a dumbass that one was! The idiot also thought there were 57 states.

Jeez!

Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.

How is this any different from how Republicans spent 8 years mocking Obama for accidentally saying ONCE that he had visited 57 states?

Right on time I was wondering where Obama was going to fit into this.
