Does anyone find it curious or even unthinkable that while poor Billy is still unemployed, the guy making the trashy and gutter talk remarks is now POTUS?

Well, actually, weren't they taping a television segment during that 'private' conversation? Cameras, mics, and production assistants might lead one to believe it would not be confidential.
It does seem a trifle naive to assume that anything said in a room full of recording information would remain private.
